Pervasive Computing Laboratory Manager at Amirkabir University of Polytechnic
During my master's program, I took on the role of Laboratory Manager for the Pervasive Computing Laboratory, where I oversaw the daily operations and maintenance of the lab. This responsibility required meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all equipment and facilities were functioning at their highest capacity. By maintaining an organized and resourceful environment, I enabled other researchers and students to pursue their work with minimal interruptions.
To enhance the laboratory's overall infrastructure, I proactively engaged with key stakeholders, including the network manager, lab professor, and building facilities manager. Through consistent communication and collaboration, I was able to secure necessary improvements and upgrades that fostered a more conducive research environment. These enhancements not only benefited my own projects but also supported the broader academic community by creating an efficient and supportive space for innovation and learning.
My leadership in managing the laboratory extended beyond operational tasks; it also involved fostering a collaborative atmosphere among lab members. I worked to create an environment where colleagues felt supported and encouraged to share ideas and resources. This experience in laboratory management honed my skills in coordination, communication, and problem-solving, attributes that are essential for contributing effectively to any research-focused academic setting.
